Rick was born and raised in Long Island, New York and studied Business Administration and Management at NYU before moving to California for good with his family in the early 1960s. He was happy to call sunny California his permanent home. Prior to transitioning to real estate, Rick owned and operated a large wholesale music distributing company in the early 1970?s. During this time, he was servicing several major chain and department stores and working with major record companies like Capital Records, RCA and Columbia!

From 1980 to 1990, Rick was the owner of New West Appraisal Service in Newport Beach, CA as well as a Certified license Residential Appraiser and a home building contractor for tract homes. In 1994, Rick obtained his Real Estate License and worked with several real estate brokers in the Orange County Coastal communities. Rick is certified in luxury collection home sales and relocation and probate sales. When he isn?t selling luxury properties, Rick enjoys golfing, boating, and snowmobiling in Tahoe.
