Approximately 200 homes are located in Rocking Horse Ridge and vary in size between custom estates, semi-custom homes, and homes built by Baldwin with large rooms and high ceilings. Many homes have fabulous views. All have large lots. Neighborhood amenities feature a spacious clubhouse, half size Olympic pool, private spa, 3 lighted tennis courts, a tot lot, and basketball and volleyball courts. The community is lush with many greenbelts and horse trails and is pet friendly.
