Manal grew up in Southern California and has lived in Newport Beach for 20 years, giving her encyclopedic knowledge of the local schools, activities, charities, and lifestyle. Since 2007 she has personally built two properties?a home on Lido Isle and the Ski In ? Ski Out property in Tahoe (Heavenly) ? experiences which have afforded her with an in-depth understanding of custom home building and the return on such investments.

When she is not working, Manal enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, hiking, dancing, and traveling and has also participated in two marathons. As an ?empty nester,? Manal has the freedom in her schedule to be available 24/7 to help her clients succeed with residential and investment properties, tax-saving strategies, and custom home building and remodeling.
