Support Groups and Organizations Make Living w/ Chronic Health Conditions Easier in OC

Living with chronic health conditions or caring for those who suffer from those conditions can be difficult. Fortunately, Orange County has many resources available to help its residents as they cope with a wide variety of health issues. Below are just a few of the programs and resources hosting events this month to help those with health conditions.

Ideal Protein Weight Loss Introductory Educational Seminar

Oliveiri Chiropractic Inc will be hosting the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Introductory Educational Seminar on June 20th at 6:30 pm. The seminar aims to teach dieters how to eat smarter and maintain their results through a sensible weight loss program with realistic goals and methods. Originally developed over 20 years ago by Dr. Tran Tien Chanh, who is a medical doctor with a PhD in nutrition, sports medicine and biology, the program includes one-on-one coaching and education to help with developing and maintaining smarter lifestyle habits.

The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol is a short-term plan with a clear beginning, middle and end. The final phase of the program involves learning how to live at a stable weight. Throughout the program, participants learn to enjoy the foods they love without experiencing guilt as they learn how and why they gain weight, how to stabilize their weight, when and in what combinations they should consume carbohydrates, fats and proteins, and why an active lifestyle is beneficial to their health.

Olivieri Chiropractic Inc is located at 250 Newport Center Drive #102, Design Plaza in Newport Beach. Call 949-760-5437 to learn more.
