Lagunita Amenities

As a gated community, Lagunita offers its residents a high level of security and privacy. Just a short walk to Victoria Beach, the community also offers residents scenic beauty and ample opportunity to enjoy a variety of water-based activities. Some of the homes within the community are also located directly on the beach while others boast magnificent ocean views.

While the Pacific Ocean is located to the southwest of the city, Laguna Woods is located to the northeast and Crystal Cove State Park is located to the northwest. Aliso Viegho and Laguna Niguel are located to the east while Dana Point is located to the southeast.
