Alla scoperta della Comunità Lagunita

Located in the coastal community of Laguna Beach in the area just north of the Blue Lagoon and Montage Residences, the neighborhood of Lagunita features custom-built homes on the ocean side of Coast Highway. Boasting approximately 59 homes with some dating back to the early 1940s, many properties have been renovated to become stunning mega mansions. As such, homes within the neighborhood range from around 1,100 to more than 7,000 square feet.

Lagunita Amenities

As a gated community, Lagunita offers its residents a high level of security and privacy. Just a short walk to Victoria Beach, the community also offers residents scenic beauty and ample opportunity to enjoy a variety of water-based activities. Some of the homes within the community are also located directly on the beach while others boast magnificent ocean views.

As a neighborhood within the city of Laguna Beach, Lagunita also provides its residents with easy access to all of the amenities that Laguna Beach has to offer. As an artist community, Laguna Beach hosts a number of arts-related events throughout the year. These include the Sawdust Art Festival, the Festival of the Arts, the Pageant of the Masters, the Bluewater Music Festival, the Art-A-Fair and Kelpfest.

In addition to the attractions found within Laguna Beach, the city is also bordered by a number of high-end communities and recreational sites. While the Pacific Ocean is located to the southwest of the city, Laguna Woods is located to the northeast and Crystal Cove State Park is located to the northwest. Aliso Viegho and Laguna Niguel are located to the east while Dana Point is located to the southeast. Due to its hilly topography and surrounding parklands, there are only a few roads that go into or out of the town. Thee include the Coastal Highway connecting the city to Newport Beach and State Route 133, which crosses the hills through Laguna Canyon.

With participation open to Laguna Beach residents, the event has been held 52 times from 1955 through 2015.
