Shawn Halan, born and raised the son of an architect/builder in Michigan, grew up walking properties, tracing his father?s architectural sketches, and honing his passion for design.

Shawn ha studiato immobiliare e ha conseguito il diploma in Real Estate presso la New York University e ha iniziato la sua carriera nel settore immobiliare con The John J Reynolds, Company, successivamente acquisita da Helmsley Spear. Ha continuato a rappresentare alcuni dei più grandi e rinomati edifici per uffici nel centro di New York.

Successivamente è stato promosso e trasferito in California come Vice President of Sales, in rappresentanza del proprietario della Grand Avenue Plaza, l'ultimo grattacielo ad essere costruito, fino a poco tempo fa, nel centro di Los Angeles.
