Nick began working with the senior community in the1970?s. His family had a restaurant business in Sun City, CA; which he managed. When this business was sold, he obtained his real estate license and began his career by assisting Sun City residents in the marketing of their homes. He soon obtained his broker?s license and marketed entire subdivisions as well as individual homes with the concentration being in the age 55 and over market segment. In 1989, Nick joined J.M. Peters Company as Sales Manager for their Palmia community. When Palmia homes were nearing completion in 1997, he formed Palmia Resales to specialize in the marketing of homes in Palmia and other 55 and over communities in South Orange County California.
