VOUS ACCEPTEZ HERBY DE LIBÉRER AGENT INC, (ET LEURS DIRIGEANTS, ADMINISTRATEURS, ACTIONNAIRES, AFFILIÉS, EMPLOYÉS ET AGENTS) DE TOUT DOMMAGE OU RÉCLAMATION (Y COMPRIS LES DOMMAGES CONSWQUENTIELS ET ACCESSOIRES) DE CHAQUE ROI ET NATURE, INCONNUS ET INATTENDUS, INCONNUS ET INATTENDUS DIVULGUÉ OU NON DIVULGUÉ, DÉCOULANT DE OU DE TOUTE MANIÈRE LIÉ À DE TELS LITIGES ET À VOS ACTIONS AVEC LES FOURNISSEURS DE SERVICES.

INDEMNITÉ.

VOUS ACCEPTEZ D'INDEMNISER AGENT INC. ET SES FILIALES, AFFILIÉS, DIRIGEANTS, EMPLOYÉS, AGENTS, CO-MARQUEURS (le cas échéant) ET TOUT PARTENAIRE ET LES TENIR CHACUN DE TOUTES LES RÉCLAMATIONS ET DEMANDES, Y COMPRIS LES FRAIS D'AVOCAT, FAITS PAR LES AVOCATS TIERS EN RAISON OU RÉSULTANT DE VOTRE UTILISATION DES FOURNISSEURS DE SERVICES, OU DE VOTRE VIOLATION DE CES TERMES ET CONDITIONS, OU RÉSULTANT DE VOTRE VIOLATION DE TOUT DROIT DE TIERS.
