USTED ACEPTA LIBERAR A AGENT INC (Y A SUS FUNCIONARIOS, DIRECTORES, ACCIONISTAS, AFILIADOS, EMPLEADOS Y AGENTES) DE CUALQUIER DAÑO O RECLAMO (INCLUYENDO DAÑOS CONSECUENTES E INCIDENTALES) DE CADA REY Y NATURALEZA, SOSPECHOSA Y NO CONOCIDA, DIVULGADOS O NO DIVULGADOS, QUE SURJAN DE O DE CUALQUIER FORMA RELACIONADOS CON DICHAS DISPUTAS Y SUS NEGOCIOS CON LOS PROVEEDORES DE SERVICIOS.

INDEMNIZACIÓN.

USTED ACEPTA INDEMNIZAR A AGENT INC. Y SUS SUBSIDIARIAS, AFILIADOS, FUNCIONARIOS, EMPLEADOS, AGENTES, COMPAÑEROS DE MARCA (si los hubiera) Y CUALQUIER SOCIO, Y MANTENERLOS CUALQUIER RESPONSABILIDAD DE CUALQUIER RECLAMO Y DEMANDA, INCLUYENDO HONORARIOS DE ABOGADO, REALIZADOS POR TERCEROS DEBIDO A O DERIVADO DE SU USO DE LOS PROVEEDORES DE SERVICIOS, O SU VIOLACIÓN DE ESTOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES, O DERIVADO DE SU VIOLACIÓN DE CUALQUIER DERECHO DE TERCEROS.
