Tamara “Tammy” Dorman, a Southern California native and a graduate of USC, has over 18 years of residential real estate sales success in the luxury home market. Beginning her career in 2001 at Coldwell Banker Previews International in Los Angeles, she successfully sold properties from Sherman Oaks to Malibu, with many of her clients coming from the entertainment, sports, and legal industries. Now associated with John McMonigle’s team at agent inc. in Orange County, Tammy brings great enthusiasm to selling properties along Southern California’s premier Gold Coast.

A consummate professional with a calm demeanor, a keen eye, an attuned ear, and a positive attitude, Tammy uses her knowledge to successfully negotiate through every phase of the real estate transaction. In addition to real estate sales, she has a passion for interior design and attended the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach, furthering her design skills. She has utilized her abilities in the building and design of her own home and enjoys assisting her clients in the staging of their homes for sale.

As resident of Monarch Beach for over 4 years and an avid enthusiast of South Orange County, Tammy is an expert in assisting buyers and sellers as they navigate the highly competitive real estate market in this “coastal paradise”. In her free time, she enjoys beach days at the Monarch Bay Club, and an active lifestyle practicing yoga, Peloton cycling and paddle boarding.

Outside of real estate, her greatest accomplishment comes from the raising of her and her husband Chad’s boy/girl twins Charlie and Hanna, 2018 college graduates of USC and OTIS College of Art & Design, who have embarked upon their own careers in Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley in L.A. and as a fashion designer in NYC.
