Her unique experience across several verticals of real estate, including commercial, residential, hospitality, ownership and management, and interior design has given Shawnie access to a vast network of clientele, builders, and investors, allowing her to consistently and efficiently realize her client’s goals.

Born and raised in Newport Beach, Shawnie possesses an unparalleled understanding of the region, and offers insider insight and analysis on each property she represents. As an interior design consultant, Shawnie is able to see beyond four walls, allowing her to envision the untapped potential in properties, and empower her clients with the tools and knowledge necessary to build their dream home while simultaneously placing equity in their pocket. Shawnie also specializes in assisting buyers locate second homes and vacation properties in both coastal Orange County and Lake Arrowhead, and can offer a virtually encyclopedic perspective on the rich architectural and “Hollywood” history of the Arrowhead community.

Outside of helping her clients achieve their real estate endeavors, Shawnie enjoys spending time with her six children, boating, entertaining, and relaxing at her boutique hotel and restaurant in Baja—Gary’s La Fonda.
