Jill is from a small town near Dallas, where her dad was the mayor. She grew up spending lazy weekends on her grandparents’ farm and as captain of the high school dance team. She got a b.a. in history with a minor in French from a small school in West Texas. She went on to earn her law degree from Pepperdine and has passed both the California & Texas bar exams. She moved to Orange County in 2000 and loves the beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants and all that the Orange County lifestyle has to offer.
Jill’s passions are real estate and interior design. She developed her skills as an interior designer, specializing in space planning and interior design at the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach. Having a father that was a custom home builder and property developer, Jill grew up playing with his drafting tools, creating dream floor plans and houses of her own.
Jill has an innate talent in all things creative, whether it be interiors, painting, scouring flea markets, crafts, floral arrangements, planning unique & fun birthday parties or travel (especially Paris). She uses her flair and expertise to find & list beautiful homes for her clients, as well as assist them in other areas, such as curb appeal and interior ideas. Her legal research skills are extremely helpful when finding and listing the right properties for her clients. She loves helping clients envision what their home can look like with the right furniture, space planning & curb appeal.
When not working, Jill volunteers with a group that assists Asylum seekers in their attempts to gain Asylum in the US. She adores her beloved collie and enjoys playing baseball and traveling with her son (definitely spring training), as well as going to Angels’ & minor league ,baseball games with him.
