Eric’s journey in real estate began shortly before the 2008 crash. He made a pivotal decision, not to move the family north, and start a wholly different career path; he instead stayed in Riverside and worked in the family construction and plumbing business. 20 years in the field, Eric is uniquely gifted to solve challenges most realtor’s have little experience with; the skeleton and structure of a property. Dealing with a home’s components allows him to provide a deeper knowledge and prowess during inspections; a skill often used with investors and distressed properties.
Since being licensed in 2015, Eric has also challenged himself even further with learning the investor side of the business, not just the residential avenue. The last several years, he’s learned and transacted with distressed properties; foreclosure, short sales, probate, and serving those homeowners along the way; paving the way for them to exit these challenges with dignity and speed while also creating successful transactions for his buyers.
One of Eric’s core values is being of service and nothing fulfills him as much as creating wins for his clients. From offers being accepted, homeowners moving on to their next chapter, or friends with real estate questions, Eric’s knowledge and compassion for people makes him a powerful resource for anyone. Being the cheerleader of his clients is what it’s all about. Some might even call him a unicorn; magical and unreal. When he’s not closing real estate, you find him practicing on the archery range. It gives him the same mental challenge golf does for others. If he’s not shooting arrows at targets, he’s planning the next road trip or destination with girlfriend and fellow entrepreneur. With Eric there’ll never be an accident on his watch. Just some happy trees and real estate for his clients.
